This is the second time I have ordered from Big Pen Great service each time Delivery was prompt and efficient Item was shipped to Canada from Sweden and used Canada Post with tracked shipping Using Canada Post eliminates expensive shipping and brokerage that comes with using expensive carriers like DHL etc
