They scammed me then sent an email saying they initiated the refund process and I should delete my negative review When I checked with my bank I found that no such action has been taken They are lying so until they give me my money I will continue to make negative reviews

It s a complete scam They use clickbait on social media with discounted prices to lure you in then ask for your address for delivery You ll never receive the order and later they ll charge your card for a so-called membership you never agreed to If you contact them for a refund they ll just send you a link to their terms and conditions claiming refunds aren t possible Stay away

They ve been stealing from my bank account for the past years since January 2023 I ve been canceling this account every few months where they confirmed it s cancelled just to see they still deducting R135 every few days Don t know how to stop them How do they get my bank detail in the first place
