SCAM BEWARE
Garbage - the material was flimsy the zippers cheaply made and the size was MAYBE a CHILDS MEDIUM not an ADULTS 3XL The shipping was very slow it takes weeks to receive your items instead of the days that is standard everywhere else Trying to get a refund is a joke you are required to pay the return shipping even when the error is the company s fault and then they ignore the refund until you contact them multiple times and pester them to refund your money After all that they will only return part of your money claiming there is a restocking fee for their garbage clothing in other words they are reselling clothes to new customers that someone else has returned as being incorrect or defective I do not and cannot recommend this company or their clothing at all Avoid at all costs Note that I purchased these shirts Jan 30 and it was March 7 before the refund was refused UPDATE The response by the vendor given below is the same canned response they ve been giving everyone who complains about the glaring fallacies this company willingly engages in Bottom line the many reviews by hundreds of different people all stating the same thing over and over speak most accurately of the nature of this company They re more concerned with gaslighting their customers than doing right by them A very silly and antiquated way of doing business in my opinion UPDATE 2 Despite the story Big Top Shirts has harassed me to tell do not believe their claims about measurements I KNOW the difference between a Medium sized shirt and a 3XL and what they sent was absolutely NOT 53 inches across even if you stretched it out I stand by my statement this is a dishonest company that is using shady business practices Caveat Emptor UPDATE 3 So this company is still harassing me because they are big mad that someone pointed out their business practice flaws What they REALLY should do is spend that energy fixing the problems such as starting with being more honest about their product and perhaps find an accurate ruler Any company that chooses to start a flame war with a customer rather than listening to that customer s complaints non-stop harrasing their customers calling them liars and refusing to make good on their misrepresented products pretty much tells you everythingyou need to know about them Now I COULD sit here all day arguing with them and responding to their patently childish insults because again they re big mad that I ve like MANY other people reported that there are problems with this company AND their product but I think anyone reading their responses can see for themselves that this is not a company to do business with Like I ve already said to you Big Top Shirt Shop you can keep the 20 you gouged me for I don t care about it But I DO care about dealing with an honest company that takes care of their customers and respects them By all means continue behaving in this many and these reviews you re garnering won t matter any longer because you won t be in business for very long

The wrong item was sent
The wrong item was sent I chatted with someone no name given and was left for 17 minutes without a reply I asked twice if anyone was there I gave up and said that was rude They got back on and never apologized for not responding and told me if I didn t stop the nonsense they would end the chat This told me everything I needed to know about this company After this review they canceled my order They still won t acknowledge the rude unprofessional customer service Now days later they are refusing my refund stating that they never told me that I would be receiving one I have the email stating my refund These people are so rude I am going further and reporting them No one deserves this treatment They should know better

Horrible company
Horrible company I wish I could leave a minus ten rating Ordered an adult size blouse that arrived and would fit a child Needed to return it I received a refund from this company but return shipment costs were not refunded Rude emails and no refund for postage on something that was their problem because their sizes are misrepresented Buyer beware Stay away and save your money They will probably comeback with excuses for their rude behavior and lies

Company sells out of stock items charges you cancels the order then makes you wait up to 2 weeks for a refund
While it seems this company is legit I ran into a frustrating issue I placed a small order only 2 shirts blank not customized My order was confirmed immediately via email and my card charged immediately Simultaneously i received a cancelation notice from bigtopshirtshop stating my order couldn t be fulfilled as they were out of stock and I d receive a refund in the future 7-10 business days Thankfully it wasn t a huge order But bigtopshirtshop should have marked the item out of stock Ethically they should NOT have processed my order taken immediate payment and Simultaneously canceled the order while still processing payment from me Why should I have to wait to receive money for items they NEVER HAD TO SELL in the first place So I d say be careful what you order except that there s no way to know what they do or don t have in stock clearly I reached out to them via their text support system regarding my refund I received a fairly sarcastic demeaning response directing me to reopen the cancelation email re-read it and confirm that I understood my refund would be forthcoming Thanks bigtopshirtshop the entire point was that no payment should have ever been processed What a negative experience

Avoid like the plague
I bought a shirt from this company awhile back My best friend was getting married and I was the best man in the wedding I ordered with ample time left before the wedding and paid for standard shipping Within a day or two I got an email saying my shirt had been shipped Days and days went by and the wedding date was approaching My shirt still hadn t arrived yet I checked the tracking number and it turns out shipped meant just that the shipping label had been created The item hadn t actually been in transit and was still sitting in the warehouse It was clear at this point that my shirt would not make it in time for the wedding I had to re-order another shirt and pay for overnight shipping I wanted to go with a different company but the groomsmen all had matching shirts that BTSS only seemed to sell so I had no choice I sent an email to BTSS asking them why this had happened I made it known in the email that I was not happy about the shipping situation on the first shirt but I absolutely kept it professional The owner replied and was a very hostile jerk right out of the gate He refused to cancel the first order or to let me return it for a refund and straight up told me he wouldn t respond to me anymore I meant to challenge this on my credit card but never got around to it I probably would have won because the package arrived late and this wasn t the fault of the carrier Buy your shirts elsewhere The man that runs this shop is a crony bully

COMPLETE SCAM
It s a scam company Do not fall for the fake reviews They ll never send your items claim the mail must of lost it and refuse to help youAs you can see by the reply they will just deny everything and still not give a real result You can check their history it s nothing but rude people avoiding giving you what you paid for But it looks like they will make up dates on deliveries if you Bug them long enough But when you track it there is still no info provided So if they don t have package and the tracking is wrong where are they coming up with the dates Then lose their mind when you question it Yes Keep proving to us that you will give random updates to lie Yet tracking shows nothing Proving my point on your scam business Really dead set on embarrassing themselves And now lying that it was delivered Really dedicated to ignorance

I have ordered five polo shirts
I have ordered five polo shirts and a package is lost and they will not refund my money I got very rude response back from the customer service and it s actually the owner Tony on my email that I am acting like a Karen He also left a 1 review on my business page and this order has nothing to do with my real estate business Horrible service and especially from a business owner Everything on his reply is a lie because I did not threatened anyone I called USPS myself and the clerk told me to call or email the company and ask for a refund because they do not know where the package is It s lost in Transit I was told by USPS It s my fault I should ve read all the horrible reviews before I ordered anything but lesson learned I wish I could upload all his emails here that were so unprofessional

Never received an email about this order They are trying to tell me I used a different email address which I didnt I finally got back into my old email and there was not one email from them in either one of the email accounts I was told when I was having difficulty trying to get the old email up to put my big girl panties on and figure it out

I order three shirts for around 38 00
I order three shirts for around 38 00 in size 2xl They were small so ordered three others from a different manufacturer in 3xl with an increased cost and paid for it I filled out the return form and got an email back with the form listed again but no return address listed I then went on to live chat and was given the runaround and after giving whoever it was the order number he said an email was sent at 132PM I went to my email and nothing and he was rude also All I want is to get a return address something that should take minutes but now has turned into much more Buyer beware
