Hi I know just about all the specials
Hi I know just about all the specials are ordered online these day but what about us oldies that are not use to computers and have no one to help them shop online It s a bit unfair in a way that no one thinks about us would be nice if there was other ways that we can also get these discounts with out going online iv been a customer of big w and Woolies for over 25 yrs shopping at taigum I know what ur thinking is that this person has sent us an email stating she don t know computers which I don t It just happened that some one else was writing a review at the library and I was fortunate enough for this person to help me write a review My aim to this email is Plse can you at least come up with some thing for the oldies that can not buy online to be able some how still purchase the items in store which would be very helpfull I m sure with all your knowleadge some thing can be done for us even if it s done on a separate catalogue for us old people we would love to see that happen as we are a group and love shopping at big w and Woolies It would be greatly appreciated AND THANK YOU SO MUCH

Excellent customer service at Richmond Marketplace Big W
Excellent service I was shopping at the Richmond market place store and I wanted a couple of pants for work and was having trouble finding them when I asked a lady putting things away for help and was more than surprised not only was she able to find the pants but also made me smile when she had a little joke what a real treasure you have i will be letting all my friends and family know that Richmond store is one of the best for customer service thank you Kerry you made my day and never lose your cheeky sense of humour I just love it
