First I got a wrong product and the customer service denied it After a few calls and couple of emails they admit their mistake finally and the end come was that they didn t have the right product available even though the website said differently The Thule Infant sling is now posted back to them and I m waiting the refund

Order arrived correct and as described Prices were competitive Had a query about delivery as I had presumed bikable fi was Finnish it s located in Denmark and I received confirmation that the order was waiting to be collected by posti for a week When I contacted customer service information was quickly passed on and query settled Received the parcel in about 7 working days
