Bike24 refunded all no return
Bike24 had an erroneous weight specification for the item but refunded all without discussion and waived the return for the item worth 44 euro AND they even returned with a suggestion for an item with an even lower weight which the responder researched with other colleagues

I just ordered new winter tyre for kid
I just ordered new winter tyre for kid 16 bike But the tyre did not fit on the bike Customer service of bike24 told there are actually two versions of 16 tyres and I ordered the wrong one Even it was my mistake they gave refund for the tyre Definitely exceeded our expectations

way too looong RESOLVED
UPD After leaving a review on Trustpilot the support team at Bike24 contacted me promptly and resolved my case quickly They provided the item that caused the delay for free for which I m especially grateful I m upgrading my rating to 5 ORIGINAL REVIEWI ordered some items on the website and it s been more than two weeks now The status still shows Order Placed It seems like they might have lost my order Support is not responding which is odd If you re not in a rush you might want to hold off on ordering from this site
