Stellar customer service - I had a problem with delivery thanks to DHL not Bike Club and emailed for help Got a reply from Finn almost immediately and he sorted everything out on the spot Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending to friends - good customer service goes a long way

The Bike Club was great for us
The Bike Club was great for us our child needed a decent first bike and it didn t want to stump up several hundred pounds over and over When she eventually outgrew the service the customer support was great Lucy in particular was very helpful

Our 3 year old twins learned to ride on some quality bikes with Bike Club It would have cost us a fortune to purchase two such high quality bikes so the monthly option was perfect Also because they grow out of bikes so quickly at this age Any questions or queries we had throughout Finn from Bike Club was super helpful Always quick to respond and ensure we were having a good experience with Bike Club Thank you Finn and Bike Club I regularly recommend you

We got bikes with The Bike Club for our twins
We got bikes with The Bike Club for our twins at Christmas and they are great bikes on a really good introductory offer I like that the bikes can be swapped when they outgrow them and whilst overall it may end up being a little more expensive over time it s a cost effective way each month of having much better quality bikes than we could afford to buy outright Contacted them today to check something about our contract before ordering one for our younger daughter and Lucy was very helpful

Problem resolved swiftly
I returned a bike and cancelled the subscription unfortunately this was not picked up by bike club and I didn t receive a confirmation of the return nor was the subscription cancelled I emailed them and the lovely Katie resolved the issue swiftly All of her communications were friendly and professional Thank you Katie

Highly recommended
I have been using The Bike Club for many years they have been more than helpful The bikes they provide are of the highest quality even if you take up the opportunity of the second hand or pre-peddled bike they have been maintained to a high level Their staff are so knowledgeable and friendly even though I have only been in contact via emails they have still bent over backwards to make sure I get the best help The Bike club is a really good idea as I have worked for several bikes shops and found that kids bikes are really hard to sell once second hand so having the chance to send it back and upgrade when needed is fantastic Hope the company continues to grow and prosper I would also like to thank Sirgi for his help
