From booking to delivery no fuss and no issues I d boxed the track bike up and went overkill on the bubble wrap Why wouldn t you I m seeing lots of negative feedback on here If you value your package then get the right box and wrap it as if it were the last bike on Earth Certainly cheaper than delivering myself Do it right and do it with Bike Delivery

Fantastic service next day delivery It s a bike box and your front wheel has come off And the handle bars twisted and pedals But for the price and quickness of delivery brilliant You don t need stickers for the addressee just write it on the box Bit of a bummer having to wait in for pick up and no time given Still a good service

I was a little nervous as have never organised a bike to be posted They collected promptly and delivered the next day Good communication with time slots etc and bike arrived perfect Will defiantly use them again

I booked for a box to be delivered and for a bike to be collected from Cornwall to be taken to London and then read some of the negative reviews so was a bit concerned But I have to say the whole experience was excellent from start to finish I was given a 2 hour time slot for the box delivery which turned up within that time It was a good size to fit the bike in once dismantled as advised The bike was then collected the following day and was delivered to London again the recipient was given a 2 hour time slot which was helpful It was slightly late so I contacted the company by email to check and they replied immediately Meanwhile the bike arrived I thought the online booking process emails and tracking were very good too I would definitely use them again

Bike Delivery provided an excellent service for half the price of the other firm I looked at I ordered the box first That came on Tuesday as promised I arranged the pick up for the Friday but they didn t come to get the bike - except I then realised I d messed up and arranged the pick up for the following friday by mistake I emailed via the contact form on the website and asked if someone could come get the bike on Monday or Tuesday instead They emailed me saying no problem they would collect the bike Tuesday which they did I live in London The bike was going to Newcastle it arrived the very next day around lunch time all perfect Many thanks great company great value and service
