We have shipped over 10 bikes with BikeFlights and have had no issues One shipment showed a delay that we thought might be a missing package I reached out to the BikeFlights team and they were already on it They tracked down the issue and gave us an immediate resolution and delivery date for our customer Couldn t ask for better service We will continue using BikeFlights for all of our bike shipments

EBAY fees are rip off

EBAY is deceptive uncommunicative and a rip off I will never ever sell anything on Ebay again I sold a nice bike on Ebay in Nov 2023 Ebay without any explanation or notice to me intercepted the buyer s payment 500 shipping by Bikeflight of 150 AND withheld all of this from me for several weeks without explanation When Ebay finally released the payment to me after several weeks apparently to profit from the interest Ebay charged a fee on the sale price AND on the shipping even though Ebay had nothing to do with the shipping I used Bikeflights not Ebay or Ebay links to any shippers Ebay thus charged a 25 95 fee on the 500 sale price of my bike Here is my advice DO NOT SELL ON EBAY
