Starts off well soon you will be disappointed
Pricing and vehicle collection was easy Customer service initially very responsive Then the problems start I requested additional km s I did this via email as the portal to perform online was not working I requested a km package to drive 25 000 km yearly I was provided with an additional 25 000 km on top of the 20 000 kms of the base contract I noticed the error 2 weeks before billing was issued but customer service refused to correct this They have not returned my request for support either via email or when I have phoned I phoned nearly weekly and the line always indicates busy Leaving a message for a call back never results in a call back

additional expenses for scratch
when the rental is over they send you additional expenses related to car s scratch without checking with you or giving any proof Anyway when i returned back the car was perfect or it was exactly like the first day i have lot of pictures to prove this i ll change the review if they solve the issue

Every time I was supposed to receive
Every time I was supposed to receive information I have not I have not received or signed a contract even though I have already got the car You are very aware that I do not speak Danish yet all emails I receive are in Danish You did not tell me that I had to go to pick the car up between 1300-1600 I only found this out after phoning you myself This meant that I had to take the day off of work to pick the car up Really terrible experience so far

Do not do business with this company
Do not do business with this company No matter what shape the car is in when you return it they will find any tiny scratch and charge you a ridiculous amount for it And then they don t take any valid arguments that you present to them Sh company to say the least

The bad reviews were right
I did see the bad reviews before renting a car from bilabonnement dk but didnt think anything of it Of course they scammed on the return with unnecessary expensive scratches high fees for return in the beginning of the month etc So many other great offers in denmark when renting cars with way better service Bilabonnement dk are just amateurs slow support expensive return just an bad experience overall Can t recommend

Yet another company that gets excited about a customer s credit rating New people in Denmark without a CPR number are left out in the cold because the company is eager to check their creditworthiness Poor and sad company But then they are surprised when they hardly make any sales - not recommended for new people in Denmark

Customer service always very responsive and friendly When it came to the return of the car and costs though I was referred to clauses hidden deep down in the terms of use No help not even a try to meet my request halfway Will not recommend this company to anybody
