Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing Stated 2-5 days delivery and shipping within 48 hours of order confirmation - I complained yesterday that it had been a week 4 working days and no sign of the order even being shipped I was told it could take 10 days or more which was not stated at checkout Terrible delivery times awful customer service Tried to cancel my order but was told it had been shipped it hadn t - the despatch email only came through today 24 hours after I complained Will be refusing the parcel when it turns up Please do not buy from here If you do want billabong items check out ASOS and other stockists or better yet use a totally different brand not worth the awful delivery times and terrible communication

Awful
Awful Never received a order number The clothes came in plastic bags crumbled up and completely wrong sizing And trying to return one out of three items was impossible Don t use there website

billabong wont refund you unless you chase after them
Was assisted by a live person over the customer service line who informed me of information about my order s return status--confirmed the merchandise was received back 5 days after I shipped it and informed me I d receive my refund Billabong has had their merchandise back in their inventory for over 30 days and I still have not seen my refund pending or received an email confirming they received it I ve emailed them all the information to check the order status order number FedEx tracking information person whom signed off on receiving the package I asked for my rightful refund but still have not received anything I ve called them again and spoke to another live person who happily helped me with my refund over the phone which the estimates quoted were inaccurate according to what I am due back In their missions statement Inspire youth Progress as the world evolves Make a difference to the community and environment well they are far from accomplishing a mission if they can t meet customer service needs let alone respond to an email Byellabong

Never buying from Billabong again
Never buying from Billabong again Worst customer service terrible quality ridiculous prices and just overall an awful experience Returned my order because I could not justify paying 120 for two pieces of clothing and a hat but they took an actual whole month to get me my refund back Even if they receive your package order back they don t give you the refund til after a good two weeks or so Not a single response via email so don t waste your time Finally got a response on their chat But the guy was rude Not sure how they re still in business

Oh man I feel stupid for not reading
Oh man I feel stupid for not reading the reviews first I ordered 2 items from billabongs EU website I recieved the confirmation email for both and information that they will be shipped seperately One of items did arrive in good time had a tracking link that worked etc However the second item I also recieved information about it being shipped but the tracking link in the email only opened a browser with an error When I typed in the order number and on billabongs website to check the status it only said shipped but no tracking link Its been 2 weeks now no tracking link that works and the item hasnt been delivered I contacted their customer support 6 days ago and I am still waiting on a live agent to get back to me Sent another ticket request today I feel stupid for thinking this is a good brand what a joke

Bad experience - EU customer
I ordered an item from within EU its now been more than 2 weeks and have still not received anything The tracking link in the confirmation email does not work Their website customer support is horrible for EU customers I tried contacting them and they told me they could only track US Canadian orders and their AI assistant can only confirm that the order has been shipped Will try to get my money back from Klarna since I had to pay upfront When I made my purchase from Billabong I did not expect this - do better

I purchased 6 Surf shirts From Billabong s DFO Center At Homebush Sydney 16 5 24 Left Them In The Bag For 2 months Cause It Was To Cold To Wear Them When I Got Around To Sorting Them Out 1 8 24 August I Noticed 3 Had Been Speared With The Price Tags Into The Material With 2 Metal Tags n Plastic Tag Not Into The Seems But In The Fabric Material I Went Back To Billabong DFO Explained The Situation They Told Me Cause Of The 30 Days Expired Date That I Was Not Eligible For A Refund I Said I Just Wanna Exchange For 3 Without Holes That There Carelessness Created They Told Me After 30 Days They Delete The Receipt I Rang The Manger Explaining The Situation Told Her I Had The Receipts Told Her Under Consumer Law I Was Entitled To A Refund Because Of There Negligence She Called Security On Me Her And The Young Guy At The Counter The Service Desk In The Center Were Good To Me They New She Was Trying To Stitch Me Up The Manger n The Shop Attendant Young Bloke With Blonde Hair Have Got A Scam Going Against Consumers I m Taking My Case To Consumer Affairs Monday Also Ringing DFO Head Office Melbourne Monday Letting Them Know About Billabongs Customers Service n Ripping Off Consumers
