I would like to share my honest review about the support team They were very unprofessional and disrespectful when interacting with customers Recently I attempted to migrate my store from Sellpass to Billgang I had previously done this in a different account a while ago and I tried to do it again in my new account without any help The support team informed me that I could only do it once When I asked where this rule was written I found out that it was simply a decision made by the support representative to avoid dealing with the migration process Additionally they asked me to pay for a business plan if I wanted them to assist with the migration

Careful they will redirect the crypto to their wallets not yours and after contacting supports they says there is 3 fees but they will take as much as they can they even scammed me for 25 they took all of it and you can t even see how much fees you own them lol Billgang FeeThis payment was sent to Billgang to cover the existing fees you owed Stay away from them
