The worst online shopping payment service
The worst online shopping payment experience of my life 50 years so far The payment had to go through Klarna which oddly enough has worked effectively for a few years now But the payment for the product I bought went through the Billie X Klarna service and the invoice came in Billie s name And the invoice by the way says This document is not an invoice Please note that this document contains payment instructions Can I invoice things in a more complicated way When I try to pay an invoice to a foreign account even though I was charged VAT I get an error from my bank that the reference number is not valid Guess if it s easy to get support from the Billie service This time I paid Billie twice The first time and the last time I will no longer buy from any store where Billie is a partner

Getting blocked without reason Do not use this service I do not recommend this to anyone Now they have replied that I received a reason to why my account is blocked but they did not provide a reason I have full proof Another update Please do not lie to your customers as i said i have full proof which i will post everywhere for everyone to see the only response i received is I do not have the information to why your blocked Sorry we cannot finance you at this time Full proof will be posted on all social media platforms to show this disgracefull and horrible service you are providing

Warning Sends invoice with incorrect amount Impossible to contact the closest you get is a crappy chatbot When I notified the merchant they send a new invoice without crediting the previous one And without VAT statement It s like their goal is to make life harder for struggling businesses Will never use again

If you need 3 working days to register payments wait those 3 working days before you send reminders It takes time to check it and since there is no one to call or email i have to argue with your stupid chat robot This is really annoying

I received payment reminders for paid invoices The payment could not be assigned Customer support couldn t answer my questions and simply ended the chat and even disabled the option to leave a review After my negative trust pilot review I received a call and all my questions were answered very courteously

This service has helped me finance the purchase of goods for my business It s very helpful to be able to pay within 60 days without any interest no complaints Just make sure you don t make transactions you know you can t afford to pay in the future Billie does limit the amount of money you can spend automatically so it shouldn t be too difficult
