We came for breakfast at Bills in the Trafford Centre Manchester and the service food was amazing Our waiter Nathan was very polite and friendly We thoroughly enjoyed our visit Definitely recommend

Perfect restaurant for Gluten Free Menu

Since recently being diagnosed as Celiac so gluten free I have had sone very difficult experiences with regards to eating out However today I went with a friend to Bill s in York one of our favourite places As usual the welcome from front of house was joyful and friendly immediately we were asked any allergies Gluten Free I replied Amazingly I was given a separate menu to friend Blue in color and extensive I was given special treatment from the manager explaining how my food would be prepared and cooked and whatever I chose from the menu would be gluten free The service and the food was delicious also price I am writing this some nine hours later pain free and very satisfied Bill s restaurant you were amazing thank you for the care and attention from all involved I will sing your praises and recommend you to all diners Gluten free or not

Family friendly

Had lunch with my mum and 4 year old twins at Bills St Martin s Courtyard today The staff went over above and beyond to look after us and engage with my twins - keeping them happy and entertained so we could all enjoy the delicious meal Thanks Bills - we will be back

Discovered Bill s in Gloucester Quays this morning for breakfast a great experience The food was good prepared as requested and the service was great Greeted as old friends and treated as such throughout our stay So surprised to find it s part of a large chain seemed like it was owned by the staff

I just wanted to take a few moments to pass on my praise with regard to your colleague Will with whom we ve had the pleasure of being taken care of this evening at your Norwich restaurant Will was exceptionally kind knowledgeable funny thoughtful generous welcoming accommodating and joyful and he could not have been more helpful or gracious Will is an absolute credit to both your organisation and your standards both of which are obviously excellent My sincerest thanks to yourself and Will for this level of customer service Such service is all too rare nowadays so I m grateful to have been dealt with by someone who clearly also holds values and standards in such high regard I could not commend him more highly Best regards and many thanks again for a happy and memorable experience Matt
