Very angry
Very angry I booked a flight only cause they fly direct from sylhet to Manchster On the 8 05 22 my mum was meant to fly from Bangladesh keep in mind she doesn t speak English or know how to use a smart phone when I booked the ticket I gave my number and email address She get to sylhet airport and gets told the flight left a day early and apparently they message all the passengers So I challenged one of the officers in sylhet airport then he goes to me we only get in touch with passengers so I said how do you no The number I provided it s not the passengers number and guess what a lier does what they re good at cuts me off it s a very disgusting behaviour biman charges more than other airlines and yet they treat the customers like that Now my mum has to wait 2 days before she can fly so what was the point of booking the ticket on specific date if they are going to change the date with out even notifying the customer And then lie about it I never use biman and I will never use them it s a waste money on a bulshit airline And I will advise to who ever thinks of doing it aswell it s a airline who will put you in a situation rather than help you out of one You don t need that headache trust me

Horrible airline no response to complaints
The plane left late due to weather warnings missed my next flight due to this When I went to the airport staff to help they said there s nothing they can do and told me to call my travel agent It was 4 30am in London at the time Ridiculous service none of them know what s going on Have sent a complaint on Mar 21 2023 hoping to get a response

My experience with BBA
Way too expensive and the staff is not great this is my experience with Biman Bangladesh Airlines I have asked one of the staff can I get a blanket she tells me to share it with a random passenger It is so awful I wanted to give zero stars

Traveled 3 times with Biman last year
Traveled 3 times with Biman last year and found out their remote controls are broken seats and screen dirty Not once but 3 times I ve travelled Last visit me and 2 friends went all 3 screens were not working I complained to Biman have have not had a response as of yet and it s been over 3 months now so I ll be taking my complaint further now

Biman Bangladesh is genuinely the worst
Biman Bangladesh is genuinely the worst airline in existence My flight from Heathrow to Sylhet was delayed at no point anywhere does it say you can only have one piece of carry on carry on and backpack all the passengers were told this last minute once we were at the gate After a massive upraise from all passengers the airline decided to let us all board ONCE we ve finally landed in Sylhet we were all forced to stay on the place for almost an extra hour Coming back I was supposed to return to the UK on the 21st but my flight was cancelled with 3 days notice not long enough due to technical issues and was moved to the 23rd meaning I have had to book extra 3 days accommodation and 3 days of loss of earning The flight coming was delayed a further 3 hours 45 minutes meaning I have had to cancel work another day 4 days loss of earnings I am currently seeking legal action against Biman Bangladesh Airlines You have been warned NEVER book a flight with them unless you want to be in the same position

Terrible from check in to exiting
Terrible Staff have little patience and worse they lie Paid for a baby cot for 4month old Asked stewardess for cot she said the cots in the cargo hold and cannot be accessed now Spoke to a co-pilot who got the cot out of luggage rack in the cabin set it up in 2 minutes The entire experience from checking in to use of Dhaka Airport is a nightmare - with fear for one s one s families safety
