Paying to watch more ads than TV
This use to be the best service I m not exaggerating Those shows and movies you couldn t find anywhere binge had them Fast forward almost a year and decide to pick up where we left off and it s definitely the worst This is worse than having to pay for the water that comes from the sky If you have a service that you make people pay for you are getting the money you need to run the service but introducing ads is stupid Ok and ad or two before the show starts could understand if you needed to But 10 minutes in 3-4 30 second ads another 12-15 minutes in more ads another 10 minutes 3-4 more ads again Pause it play oh 2 minutes in you will get ads because you know gotta pay for pausing Pathetic excuse for a streaming service

This is the worst company services I ve ever had I ve been trying to watch their shows done everything there robots have told us to do and still no closer to watching or registering no phone number to ring no real person to talk to lost my money due to their ignorance in not everyone can use computers

I have been trying to cancel my Binge
I have been trying to cancel my Binge subscription for the past two months and I m quite close to canceling my credit card I have emailed their customer support who have confirmed to have canceled my subscription March 10th yet I ve been charged again as of today Each time I try to cancel my subscription on Binge it comes up with a Merchant Error and does not allow me to cancel it Do not sign up with them find your content somewhere else

Don t waste your money there are easier
Don t waste your money there are easier streaming to be had than using Binge If you have any difficulties all you get are emails advising sorry for inconvience and they will resolve within next 7 days hahaha It is a joke I have been waiting for 28 days now with the same automated emails Qantas I am not sure why you would want to be associated with Binge for Frequent Flyer programs I wouldn t give then 1 star except I had to to write this review

Do not allow yourself to be fooled I started a 6-month free trial of Binge offered through TV purchase in January 2024 and quickly realised it was not for me Binge took 18 out of my credit card 10 July 2024 even though I cancelled the subscription 10 June 2024 The site clearly showed l had cancelled my subscription but somehow my subscription is renewed certainly not by me I have not used the service and I cancelled before they were due to bill me I am sure this is against the law Will need to escalate to the ACCC QLD Fair Trading and Ombudsman

I regret rejoining
I rejoined after some months but the content added is very minor and poor Ie Relying on old movies rather than new good content Note that this is the most expensive movie tv streaming service at 18 dollars no ads Much better services around If it was 8 dollars a month it might be worth it but you ll still run out options after a few months I cancelled after 5 minutes looking at updates

Something really dodgy is going on with
Something really dodgy is going on with a Hubble Binge I cancelled my subscription with Binge in 2022 Since the change over to Hubble Istarted getting charged again exactly from 19 February 2024 To my extreme annoyance the fees have been debited from my new credit card that I did not share its details with Binge back in 2022 Customer service confirmed I have no active subscription and said they will escalated Haven t heard anything back

Impossible to watch or binge shows
Used to be able to watch live but now it just keeps buffering - it is not my internet because my other apps work for live streaming Buffers instead of going to next episode If rewinding or pausing it loses closed captions Really awful but used to be okay None of their suggested fixes make any difference I am just not going to keep paying for this Not enough good shows and very very difficult to watch

Binge reactivated my subscription without my authorisation and stole from me
I cancelled my subscription 18 months ago however Hubbl Binge decided to start charging me again 6 months ago I m the only one with the login details and don t use this streaming service AT ALL so it s impossible that I resubscribed Binge hubbl refuse to grant me a refund for the money they ve stolen from me I only recommend binge if you want to get SCAMMED or enjoy being ROBBED
