I bought a cooktop from Bing Lee Rhode s Installation was quoted at 250Job was not done properly and there was a gas leak so I had to have the installer Milad return to my house and he then charged another 385 to actually install my gas cooker So that 635 to install an oven worth less than that I was spoken to rudely and felt very threatened when Mika raised his voice and shouted at me multiple times I asked him to calm down and he said he spoke loudely as he was deaf I complained to Bing Lee The manager Keith Steele said he was great mates with Milad the and basically that if I didn t make a formal complaint I would get a massive discount for my next purchase What is that Bribery Will never buy from Bing Lee again and I will tell all my family which is massive and all friends which are many about this intimidating experience and well played rip off It s a racket from too to bottom I am absolutely disgusted and for a family business Bing Lee should be aware of what is actually happening in their stores I felt physically afraid if I complained Bing Lee needs to sort this out I am taking this matter to fair trade as well
