Registered with bingo loft a few days ago deposited and was able to play for a number of hours until i received an email to say that they had closed my account because i d apparently had and closed another account across their network years ago I still have money in my account and cannot access it they dont reply to emails as have sent at least 5 I dont understand how i was able to open an account in the first place as my email address is years old and would have been used to open the other account no idea what it was because they didnt say am i expected to remember if id had another account with them years ago Just dont play here they dont reply to emails let you play and deposit and then close your account with money in it Update July 24 Be aware that it takes them a week to reply to emails apparently i was initially excluded because i closed an account with a brand three years ago that they have recently taken over they acknowledged that i was entitled to open an account with them and that it was their error however i am still blocked from playing at bingo loft despite this please avoid shameful behaviour

Utter scam - WARNING

Absolutely disgusting site and experience Created an account deposited won a good amount only to receive an email the next morning saying my account had been closed Then I received another email saying I needed to send loads of different types of ID I completed all the steps including a bank statement which ai edited all other transactions other than proof of deposit which is why they said they needed it 5 weeks on and I still have no winnings paid Ive emailed over 20 times I get limited responses if any What a wholeheartedly disgusting way to treat people I will be reporting them I dont want my account validating as I would never ever have an account with them They owe me my money and shouldnt be able to get away with it Absolutely gross

Avoid depositing what a waste of time and energy I won 400 10 days the blocked my account so I emailed them it tuk 7 days for them to get back to me asking for my ID ive sent them it 3 times and still not got a email back or my funds have not been sent to my bank Customer Service is a absolute joke The wer ok take my money
