Be careful when ordering internationally Shocking customer service
I was inspired by their fantastic hats but never in my life have I been so disappointed by their customer service and lack of respect I ordered 3 hats for my son s first Birthday over 2 months ahead of time Tracking indicated they had been stuck in San Francisco for over 1 month After contacting them about this and also clearly stating that it was really important to me to make sure the hats would arrive on time for my son s first Birthday customer service were an absolute disappointment No help I was told that I have to resolve what is going on in San Francisco myself and ultimately my emails were left ignored If you re looking for a lesson on how not to run your e-commerce business in 2020 and how not to empathise with your customers who have been as proactive as is possible look no further I do hope others have a better experience but be careful I have been treated disgracefully my son never received his hats for his 1st Birthday and I had to go to the bank to get my money back after being ignored Shameful You re better off looking for other baby clothing companies such as jackandwinn dot com Binky Bro is not worth the trouble and disappointment

Crappy return policy and customer service
I wish I would have read others reviews before ordering Their sizing was way off and their return policy is the most ridiculous I have ever heard of I bought 2 items that were both 18-24 months one was too big and the other way too small Not consistant sizing Must return within 15 days with the original invoice and packaging Customer must pay for shipping to return and then will get a store credit and have to pay for shipping on your new item I did return the item that was too small and it was like they gave me a fake address because they still haven t received the item 5 months later I sent multiple emails to their customer service and no assistance They said they would escalate it to a manager and a manager never emailed me back No credits back No resolution I had to dispute it with my credit card I wont be ordering from Binky Bro ever again

I ordered a hat for my grandson on 7 23 2020 and it shows paid and order not filled Their policy states that they do not except returns however since my order has never been filled I am requesting them to credit my money back to me I will be anxious to see if I actually get a response or like the other reviews hear nothing back from them I am also a small business owner so I understand the challenges of small business however I would never handle the transaction like they have When I ordered the hat it was because I received a notification that the hat was available and in stock To me that sounds like false advertising Given the amount of time the website says it takes to fill fulfill an order and the amount of time I have been waiting with no word from them or an apology for the delay Most businesses would handle things more professionally

If I could put 0 stars I would I ordered a preorder of 3 hats in July 2020 with the delivery time being the end of August These hats were in no way cheap and was definitely a splurge purchase for my son It s now mid October 2020 and no hats I ve reached out to customer service many times and received a run around of it will be on the way I FINALLY got tracking that a label was created in September and that tracking was never sent to USPS to ship Awful company I think at this point I will be contacting my bank

Horrible costumer services
I ordered a hat and wanted to use a promo code that was going on I entered the code and realized it did not apply to my order I contacted customer service immediately and asked if there was any way I could still get the discount or some kind of refund for another order I understood their no refund policies but this was not of my control and they simply just said they couldn t do anything for me I will no longer be ordering from this company again due to the lack of costumer service that was offered

Lacking customer service
I placed an order on Thanksgiving during their black Friday sale thinking I would get my package prior to leaving for my Christmas vacation since this order was a gift Their shipping fee is 9 99 and says 7-10 business days which would have been more than enough time I received a notification that my order would be delivered 12 5 however it came to Portland OR where I live but then was shipped to Memphis TN and sat there I emailed customer service 12 8 since it appeared it was stuck there from 12 5 They said if I did not receive my order by 12 11 to let them know and they would send out a replacement order 12 11 came and went so I emailed back saying I did not receive it They emailed 12 13 saying your order is showing updated tracking It went from Memphis TN to San Jose CA on 12 13 My flight flew out this am 12 14 at 7 30 am I just received notification that my order was delivered Super frustrating to pay 9 99 for shipping for it to take 3 weeks Also to be told one thing and not have them follow through or even offer to refund me for shipping I just feel like they could have delivered better customer service and it makes me not want to order from them again
