Unreliable customer service lost package
Unreliable customer service package lostMy order was apparently being delivered in parts which was never communicated from Biogena One package was is lost and another arrived Customer service by phone is unreachable the voice machine is on but it does not lead anywhere My first time ordering with them and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism how to handle shipments and customer service functions My case is still open

Biogena One yearly subscription difficult due to non existend customer service
I liked the Biogena One product and signed up for their yearly subscription Unfortunately I discovered that in the first 2 boxes were only 28 instead of 30 packages you should drink it everyday and only noticed since I had a cap between shipments I contacted the help desk 3 times to discuss as well as try to get one package shipped earlier but no response Ever Customer service is non existend Unfortunately this is a deal breaker if you wanna have loyal returning customers recommendation is not to sign up for the yearly subscription since there is no help of you need anything in this year can t go on holidays and you have to be home every month for the shipment Unfortunately even though I like the product would not order again

Fake Premium Brand
The company presents itself as a premium brand Unfortunately neither the customer service nor the product quality could live up to this claim I placed an order with Biogena worth approximately 600 In doing so I encountered the following issues Wrong delivery address For the second time the package was sent to the wrong address Although I provided a different delivery address the order was still shipped to my billing address If this option cannot be implemented correctly one has to wonder why it is offered at all Old batch To my surprise I was delivered products from an old batch This neither meets my expectations nor what I would expect from a premium brand I then requested an exchange or a refund via email Unfortunately I received no response My attempt to contact customer service by phone was equally disappointing after a long wait I was assisted by an extremely unfriendly representative who sarcastically informed me that an exchange was only possible for the same old batch This was not only unprofessional but also a complete waste of time

Canceling the order without my permission and knoweladge If you are gifting something then gift it If you gift and then cancel it it makes you look like a fool and nobody will come close to your brand every again

Misleading Campaign Poor Customer Service Disappointing Experience
I placed an order with Biogena Naturprodukte GmbH Co KG as part of their Instagram gift campaign After completing the steps and placing my order I was later informed that the item was out of stock Strangely many other participants received the same message raising serious doubts about the legitimacy of this campaign It now feels like the entire campaign was designed more for collecting personal data and boosting social media engagement than actually delivering on their promise To make matters worse the company has reportedly told some complaining customers that the campaign was intended for a smaller audience which is both vague and unacceptable Regardless of the campaign s intent once an order is confirmed it s the company s responsibility to fulfill it Cancelling the confirmed order reflects poorly on their professionalism and ethics This experience has left a bad impression and I won t be engaging with Biogena again Others should also be cautious before sharing personal details or placing trust in such campaigns

Cannot handle a simple giveaway
Ordered a t-shirt that was temporarily available asked if it might be possible to change the size of the shirt and they just went ahead and cancelled the order without me asking for that stating it was on my request Never got a human response from them either It has come to my understanding that most people had their order canceled If you cannot manage such a giveaway then don t start one Now people exchanged their data for nothing in return

This week I have contacted Biogena three times requesting how to return an unopened order There has been no reply other than automated response There is no information on their site regarding returns Is this a scam Do they intentionally not reply so the customer misses the return window

In case of problems the company ignores customers
I have been ordering vitamins from this company since 2022 I ordered vitamins in early November Only part of the package arrived The second package was simply not included I have been trying to contact customer service by mail and phone since 6th November Just ignoring no one answers calls or letters

No response from customer service - Parcel not delivered
On 4th of January I placed an order with Biogena order Id B2500430693 The parcel was not delivered until now I contacted customer service on 9th of January but no response until now Meanwhile I spoke with Fedex and they confirmed that the parcel is lost and will not be delivered Contacted again Biogena but no response until now In the past placed several order and they always respond to customer queries On 21st of Jan customers service contacted me and they resend the goods ordered Today I received the goods Thank you Jasmin
