Bought 2 air purifiers after looking at reviews on their website and facebook comments Don t buy Product is cheap feeling front panel doesn t close property with the filter inside lights don t match the front panel markings just blows air filters look and feel cheap Website says it won t refund if used but how do you work out whether the product is satisfactory without unboxing it and using it How then does the 30 day money back guarantee work if the product can t be returned if it was been plugged in and used It does not function like advertised on the website and return policy is misleading
