Increase pain cheap quality potentially dangerous
I bought the Guardian device to help with teeth sensitivity and healing after oral surgery Sensitivity got worse and the pain on the surgery site increased pulsating pain while wearing the device After I contacted support they told me to reduce wearing time but that did not help so I stopped using the device I even showed the device to my oral surgeon and he told me that I am not the first one that has problems with this device from Biolight and he told me to stay clear from that company Biolight is charging 400 for the Guardian while you can easily buy the same device off of Alibaba for around 10-20 Unfortunately I just found out about this now could have saved a lot money Total rip-off if you ask me I bought a different device from a different brand and that totally helped with pain and healing and it was less than 50 bucks Also they state that the whitening gel pens are made in the US in an FDA approved lab but I don t trust them and I am pretty sure it s made in china as well Of course they don t refund me and just keep telling me that the device is non-refundable Also no one told me that the device is rather small maybe it was designed for children and won t reach the last molars

Faulty products and TERRIBLE customer
Faulty products and TERRIBLE customer service What s even worse is they are deleting their bad reviews from their website so you can t trust any of the products more below I previously owned the old Shine device and it has been great except it gets really hot after 1-cycle so I was looking to upgrade for something I could use longer This year I decided to buy 2 guardian devices for me and my spouse and upgrade to the new Shine The guardians are ok but honestly really small and maybe not worth the money The shine on the other hand stopped working after less than a week Then it wouldn t charge nor turn on After a lot of back and forth and poor customer support they finally agreed to send a new one The new one didn t work either I sent them videos within minutes Instead of handling the issue and offering a return or another replacement They said I could send it back but that if they didn t experience the same issue they would charge me for shipping and send it back Why would I use a product that clearly doesn t work and how could I trust them to truly test it after 2 bad devices I am a millennial btw and am very good with electronics So I requested a refund They didn t get back for 5-days then said I would have to pay to return it Pay to return a broken product I would get it if I just didn t like the color or something but this product is BROKEN I have never experienced worse customer service I left a 2 start review initially on their page for the Shine device and they deleted it So I posted a 1-star review on their page and they deleted that one too Soooo shady I will never buy from nor recommend this company again Which is a bummer for them because I used to recommend them all the time Now I am telling all of my clients NOT to buy from them and combing through FB and reddit threads to remove my prior recommendations
