I would like to update my review At my husband s suggestion to try the upper thigh brace with much reluctance l did and l am very happy that l did It improved the experience tenfold Even though I can t go a farther distance the distance l can go is like a normal person The upper thigh works in conjunction with the lower thigh brace and my pace was that of a normal person I still use a cane but l can keep up a normal pace whereas in the past l lagged way behind I even felt after a week of wearing that it might have even made me feel a little bit stronger when l didn t have it on So time will tell if I can increase my distance which I am hoping it will Will give another review further on down the road

The representatives Angie and Vanessa were very kind professional and efficient I had a lot of questions and Vanessa was able to answer all of them and guide me towards the best program for my device to help me

Technical Competence and Sympathy

My mother had a stroke just over a year ago Among other issues she lost the use of her right dominant hand One of her therapists suggested that the Bioness H200 E-stim device would be beneficial for her A demonstration was arranged with Dipesh Nayee He came to meet with us twice and we decided to purchase the H-200 It is difficult for my mother to use and she didn t believe that it was doing anything for her but we ve met with Dipesh more than once and each time he has unfailingly gone over and over how and why she must use it He has the calmest kindest nature and is clearly devoted to the mission of his job which is to help people Dipesh is patient articulate and is an excellent occupational therapist as well as an adept reader of people s personalities which is quite helpful Of course he is very informed about his products and truly believes in their usefulness in rehabilitation I am very thankful to have met him

I m 100 enjoying my Bioness L300 at this time- have enjoyed working with my rep so much also This is easy to use and get used to wearing all day My only wish is that they would develop an apple watch app to compliment the phone so I am not tied to that to adjust the strength Please add that

We had the best experience Nadine was so helpful and she went above and beyond in helping us deal with the insurance company I have no complaints Every person I have dealt with was professional and courteous

The L300 Go is helping me to walk

The L300 Go is helping me to walk faster and longer that I ever could without it The support from the therapist and the phone technical support is timely and on-point I have recommended it to my care team at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Clinic at Duke I am very happy with my L300 Go

my gait has improved tremendously in the month I have had my device my strength endurance and confidence have all improved working with Vanessa White my local rep and Angela Miller on the financing and purchase were great experiences I m walking a mile to a mile and a half every day now my stroke was on August 29 2021 and was still using a cane 2 months ago Thank you love it

The Bioness experience

The Bioness representatives were knowledgeable about their products and resources they were professional and efficient with communication I have drop-foot and have had to rely on an AFO to walk However I got the L300 Go system and am very happy with the product The unit allows me to walk with a better more normal gait pattern which feels good to my body and saves me energy I ve been building my strength and endurance quickly walking for at least 60 minutes a day compare to my walking of 20-30 minutes tops a few months ago With the Bioness I was able to walk barefoot for the first time since my stroke in 2015 It was a gift

Working with Debbie and Ian was absolutely delightful They answered all questions necessary and help do some research on how to help get funding My daughter is happy she was able to receive these devices

Seeing Progress

For years I ve been wearing AFO s and it hated not being able to wear the shoes I want Now I feel like I have a lot more flexibility and I feel like I m wearing something that will help me improve not just stop me from getting worse I m tired of always falling and can t wait to see progress with my Bioness brace
