Do not touch these people with a barge pole The shop on Fleet Street in London is led by a crook Andre He conned a friend of mine to spend far too much for a skincare product after a clever scam involving offering her a free skincare treatment - but only a bit later suggesting she went for a drink at a distinguished pub next door while waiting All of course making her more susceptible to buying an expensive product And the she got an allergic reaction to the facial treatment We went in today to get a refund Only to be told the staff there couldn t refund it even though the returns policy is clear she should be able to get a refund as the purchase is well within the 30 day window and the product is unopened Scammers and defrauders Can t be trusted Stay well clear Looking at her options now - may well involve the police as I believe we are in fraud territory Or certainly a small claims court if not And I plan to keep highlighting their fraudulent practices till they have issued a refund Please don t let them fool you

I absolutely do not recommend this company based on the exorbitant prices of their products and the fact that they keep trying to convince my elderly and vulnerable grandmother to buy extremely expensive products from them by overexagerrating product quality and then giving her discounts on overinflated product prices It is unfathomable to me that a nail set which includes a nail file a generic hand cream and small bottle of cuticle oil can cost 80 The fact they feel the need to tell a 70 year old woman about 150 facials who is clearly vulnerable is infuriating Romanian Nu recomand absolut deloc aceast companie av nd n vedere pre urile exorbitante ale produselor lor ncearc s o conving pe bunica mea s dea bani pe produse extrem de costisitor exager nd calitatea produselor i apoi oferindu-i reduceri la pre uri deja foarte mari Mi-se pare de ne n eles ca un set de unghii care include o pil de unghii o oarecare crem de m ini i o sticlu mic de ulei pentru cuticule poate costa 80 de lire Faptul c simt nevoia s -i vorbeasc unei femei de 70 de ani despre tratamente faciale de 150 de lire care este clar vulnerabil este frustrant
