Was a good product while it worked
Was a good product while it worked but it stopped working after only a few weeks so I will now have to ask for a refund and do not seem to be able to obtain a replacement

Useless after 12 months
My Biostrap is useless after 12 months Battery lasts about 7 hours Biostrap battery cant last a full night to work as a sleep tracker daytime activity tracking also not possible because of battery issues Biostrap Company support and desire to correct issue is nonexistent Biostrap is a small company that may have difficulty surviving with a poor product and poor customer service Disappointed in my Biostrap for sure

Customer support disappointing compared to what it was
Similar to Arjay albeit my device is older won t hold charge long enough to track sleep overnight goes from 100 to out of power in 6 hours I get it s not brand new but the lack of any real interest from support beyond yes sorry nothing we can do no offers of anything not even how about a new device and some sort of discounted upgrade As well as the fact they cannot even sell to the UK their only suggestion was to ship it to someone in the US and get them to ship to you otherwise can t help think whoop has just found a new customer

Don t trust the blood oxygen data
I purchased a Biostrap in early 2021 to measure sleep issues including blood oxygen The Biostrap showed I had dangerously low levels of blood oxygen Yet I then went through a professional overnight at-home study followed by a full-blown overnight at-clinic sleep study and all of the professional equipment showed that my blood oxygen levels were fine I tried to contact some of the authors of the articles Biostrap cites as support for their device but none responded Despite marketing claims that implied that lots of professionals were turning to Biostrap the company could not or would not name a single sleep doctor who was familiar with the device who I could contact I have no trust in this device or the people who are selling it This happened in around April of 2021

Woeful experience terrible support
Woeful experience device had trouble connecting from the get go would take dozens of attempts to successfully pair in the app Then each night it would lose the connection and when I finally managed to reconnect the next day it would have no data from that night Tried on two different iPhones same problem Support was abysmal it would take multiple days and often multiple messages to get a reply and when they agreed that the device was faulty and offered a replacement they also informed me that the 30 day window where a refund was available would not be extended from when I received the new device This basically forced my hand to get a refund instead of trying a replacement For a company that markets their products as top of the line and charges prices that reflect that I d expect a lot more 0 5 stars

I would give zero stars if I could for customer service I have sent multiple emails to the customer service over several weeks and have gotten no response other than the automated one saying they received the request and will get right back to me Of course there is no phone number to call to speak to an actual person either Unable to find correct arm band charger on their website and ordered the incorrect one since I was unable to get help I am unable to connect with anyone to return and get my money back And also I am left with an inoperable arm band

Its complete crap I ve bought it and couple months later it just stopped working no bluetooth connection Useless After two years when cleaning apartment i saw it and i thought that maybe now it will somehow magically start to work but nope Still as shitty as ever
