An utter disgrace
If you want a simple pain free purchase then avoid this company like the plague Repeated off the shelf replies to my emails which took two days to reply No real customer service to speak of no telephone number to speak to someone They claim my order was delivered by Evri today yet the address they gave isn t even mine So I still don t have my order and if I m honest I don t realistically expect to receive it

Do not trust the positive reviews which are only on their website by the way That should tell you something This company is untrustworthy and unethical First of all their USA website states the probiotics are made in the USA but they were shipped from the UK and took ten days to arrive I decided to try them anyway After three weeks I felt no difference in comparison to my previous probiotic supplement so I contacted customer service to return the remaining two unopened bottles since they claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee The representative told me they have no warehouses in the USA and they are made in the UK which is where I would have to ship them back to if I wanted to return them I tried explaining numerous times that their own website states Made in the USA I was told again they are made in the UK and they just have a USA website Then all of a sudden I was given a USA return address even though I was given a UK return address originally I definitely do not trust this company and still debating on whether or not it would be worth my time and money to return them considering I may never see a refund

This product completely healed my IBS-M
This product completely healed my IBS-M and changed my life I think a lot of bad reviews are because it s an incredibly strong product and full disclosure if your gut isn t already very healthy a battle between the good and bad bacteria will go down in your stomach for the first week or two and it won t be pleasant BUT you ll come out the other end so much better than you were before I m very glad I stuck it out I tried switching to another brand seed and went backwards big time I truly hope they never go out of business My mental health depends on it I m miserable when my stomach hurts all the time and i m pain free and regular with these I m a customer of almost 2 years and can truly say this product changed my life for the better
