I always use Hanna Smith and her team from Birchall Blackburn and always will I am a portfolio landlord Hanna Smith and her team are absolutely superb I am always 100 confident in her thoroughness diligence and persistance This time she was dealing with a new build from a nationally renowned firm Not satisfied with their standard responses she challenged them and had their whole legal team working hard outside of their normal parameters and to a satisfactory conclusion Large corporation arrogance wasn t something she would accept It is always a great pleasure and a source of great reassurance to see her at work

Carl did a superb job of completing the sale of the house from start to finish and followed up with the Estate Agents every week and kept me updated at all times It was done smoothly and on time and wasn t too expensive and got excellent service all round and good advice throughout I would definitely use again
