Best car buying experience I ve had
This was for me one of those rare occasions in life when everything just clicked perfectly I ve had the car 8 months now and am over the moon with it The car is a Mitsubishi but even though it was from Ford Hastings I ve never felt more confident about buying a used car After reserving the car online I arranged with Brad to travel down a few weeks later as we were from out of town The car was sent to their Mitsubishi dealership in eastbourne for it s pre-sals check which made me feel even more at ease When I arrived the paper work was all done and I made the payment without even taking it for a test drive There was no pressure or push it all just felt right Left my part ex there and drove off By far the best and most surreal car buying experience I ve ever had They even mailed my wife s driving glasses back which I d accidentally left in the part ex glove box

A very positive experience at Birchwood at Washington
Visited Birchwood at Washington to test drive a car Steve was our contact and he proved very friendly and very helpful He answered our questions clearly and concisely No pressure sales technique Test drive proved the car was what we expected so we bought it Steve went through the paperwork quickly took a deposit and we were done A few days later and the car was ready Steve kept us informed of progress throughout the whole process We are both very happy with our experience with Birchwood Kudos to Steve for how he dealt with us and the sale

Professional and Personal service
I have taken my first car in 2019 and contacted them again though I am 40 miles away from them My aim to meet them in Oct 2021 to see what options I got to upgrade from Kia Sportage I was taken care professionally by Steve and new car delivered to me within 3 weeks in a very tight demand with some industry issues I will recommend and committed to go back there again for my next renewal
