Great communication fast delivery sturdy packaging and beautiful plants I ordered a lot of plants Some were not in stock I was promptly informed of this by phone and these plants were delivered separately a week later The packaging was impressive and the plants were healthy bushy and transplanted beautifully

I have shopped at CJ Wildbird Foods for a number of years I have always found the staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable One member of staff even went to the length of phoning one of their suppliers in the Netherlands to see if they had a product I was interested in As I go into the shop to but products I am unable to comment on goods bought on line and delivered to customers

IGood value for money bird boxes and good customer service

I have been ordering from here for some time now and I m always impressed with the quality of the bird boxes Yesterday I had placed a large order - mainly Christmas presents and the delivery arrived in three boxes and I had ordered two ceramic frog and toad houses and as they were in different boxes I thought CJ has only send me one I called customer services and the lady was so helpful and polite and re ordered me a replacement for next day delivery after unwrapping all the boxes I found the other road and frog house I called them back to cancel the replacement orderThis just shows the excellent customer service from this company I don t shop nowhere else for bird boxes they have so much variety and the woodstone boxes get so many compliments Highly recommend and value for money

I have ordered from them twice so far and no complaints Deliveries come quickly via Royal Mail with the live food very well packaged and most importantly in good healthy condition when it arrives The bird window feeders are great my main concern was whether the suckers would support them after a visit from the local ring necked parrots that have recently moved into the area My concerns where unwarranted and even though I chose designs that they couldn t use so that the indigenous breeds wouldn t lose out though I hasten to add I also now put out food specifically for the parrots after all they are not invaders but an introduced species trying to survive against adversity in other words they are not the problem we are I knew the parrots would try and the feeders needed to be able to support their weight and they do Fully recommended no complaints at all Thankyou CJ Wildlife
