Birdfy Bamboo Feeder

This review is about the Birdfy Bamboo Feeder AI plus Solar This is a great feeder that is really well built It s solid bamboo with two feeding areas The camera quality is fantastic and the range the antenna provides is really good The only thing I wish is that the wood was sealed before they shipped it so I had to buy separate sealer After it s sealed though I believe it will last in the elements My friends and family all have Birdfy feeders and Nests that we plug into each others The interface is really nice to use as well Super happy with this product and the customer service is typically responsive

Absolutely Love My Birdfy

I own several Birdfy products including the original Birdfy Bamboo Birdfy and the Humfeeder I love all three They are easy to use and clean and bring hours of entertainment to my day Each feeder is built well and stands up to all weather My most recent purchase this past summer was the Bamboo feeder It holds a lot of seeds and has a natural look My birds love the large perch too If a problem does come up customer service is very helpful and they follow through until the problem is resolved I can t recommend Birdfy enough It takes bird and wildlife watching to the next level

I have several birdfeeders from Netvue and can t say enough about this company and it s products All of my feeders are amazing and the customer service is top notch The new series of feeders have the clearest photos and the camera will pan and zoom when a bird is sighted

Birdfy is a great company with fun products for bird watching and also other wildlife I have numerous bird feeder cameras and also stand alone cameras all are very reliable and if I ever have a problem customer service is top notch I look forward to the new products coming out because they really listen and make improvements where needed

Quality Products excellent customer service

I ve purchased several Birdfy products over the past couple of years and I ve not been disappointed The birdfeeder cameras set up quickly and take quality images and videos for keeping or sharing with the Birdfy community You can also share your camera s feed with other people via the app so others can enjoy Bird TV with you It s pretty durable and has endured over 2 years outside except for the coldest winter months in Canada and has withstood deer and racoon encounters and their enthusiasm for birdseed The solar panel helps to keep it charged I ve not brought it in to charge since the spring even with 100 notifications per day It s easy to disassemble and clean to help keep our feathered friends healthy Birdfy s customer service is second to none Any issues with connectivity or functions are responded to quickly via chat or by any of their several social media accounts Any issues I ve had have been resolved in a positive manner They certainly care about customer service The app has nice featues of recap and highlights showing you your most frequent visitors and the number of times they ve arrived One of my cameras is mounted on the Bird feeder station which is solid Multiple adjustable arms allow you to have 5 or more feeders on it The baffle helps keep all but the most determined of critters off of it It could be a wee bit taller but adding a cone baffle solved my squirrel issue I highly recommend this company

Birdfy cameras They take a licking literally by a bear and keep on shooting

I love my birdfy cameras I got two of the cameras and I attached them to my feeders so I can choose what view I want Great quality pictures and easy to set up The solar chargers work great I had a bear move my camera try to chew it knock the solar panel to the ground 2 stories below and it still works It was buried in snow for a few hours at one point and it continued to work inside the snow Will definitely be getting more

Birdfy is an outstanding company with incredible products I own several of their items including the bamboo feeder the Nest and a few standalone Birdfy cameras all of which perform exceptionally well Their customer service is equally impressive providing prompt and helpful responses while genuinely prioritizing their customers needs Highly recommended

Great when you can t get outside

My wife is disabled and can t get out of the house as much as she would like She absolutely loves the feeders and birdhouse we got from birdfy 4 ffedrrs and 1 birdhouse They let enjoy the outdoors when she is stuck inside The product quality has always been top notch and ever the packaging goes above and beyond We love dealing with this company and can t wait to try our new products

I cannot say enough good things about Birdfy feeders and my experience with them I was given my first as a gift by my daughter and the joy I got from it was priceless The videos and pictures were so clear and the live viewing was so much fun Since that first one I have obtained several more feeders and have given them as gifts I personally own the Birdfy1 Birdfy Duo 2 Bamboo feeder Bamboo mini feeder and two stand alone cameras In my opinion the customer service is the best bar none
