Excellent customer service I booked flights from Doha to Manchester for my mother who needs support throughout travel due to a communication barrier and poor mobility When I contacted Travels I spoke to a person called Victor who had excellent communication skills and advised me to book AL maha service to support my mother it was very helpful moreover he could understand my concerns and a real need for my mother She travelled in 16 the morning from Doha to Manchester with no issues staff took her to the immigration process and baggage collection I am very grateful to Victor who promised to take care of my mother and make her journey very smooth I would recommend anyone looking to bring their elderly parents southhall travels is the best
