Really impressive service
Really impressive service especially for Oslo I purchased a bike trainer from Birk and waited a whole season to try to use it I couldn t figure out how to get the gears properly aligned and Kim actually came out to my home and adjusted it for me He also helped me adjust it back at the end of winter when I took it off the trainer He even came up with a very clever solution for adjusting my saddle Every interaction with the employees at Birk has been pleasant even when they were quite busy I highly recommend purchasing from them
