Would give it zero if I could I recently 6th September renewed my taxi insurance with another company after getting a more competitive quote Since this date I have been trying without success to get my no claims certificate Yesterday I called for the 4th tIme and spoke to Curtis who assured me I would have it by the end of the day after agreeing that I should have had it by now I am now being told that my new insurance is to be cancelled as I haven t produced my certificate Beware of getting involved with this company As is common they are desperate to get your business but don t care once you move on

I ve been a customer of Birkdale Insurance Group for the past two years maintaining business insurance with timely payments and a high premium in the first year Despite having no claims and building up a no-claims bonus I experienced a car accident in September where the other party s liability was accepted and I received confirmation However upon my insurance renewal in March they attempted to charge me an exorbitant 5 000 citing an ongoing insurance dispute despite clear evidence of accepted liability Birkdale has shown pure greed prioritizing their profits over customer protection They ve been unresponsive stalling the resolution for months and withholding my earned no-claims bonus This situation has caused significant mental distress and financial strain impacting my ability to work and provide for my family especially with two kids to support Birkdale Insurance Group s lack of concern for customer well-being is appalling I strongly advise caution when considering this broker they are the worst and should be avoided
