Effortless flying

Quick service nice bars restaurants whilst waiting for your flight Really enjoyed the Blanc et Noir Champagne and Wine Bar The airport makes flying effortless and peaceful

Two weeks ago I was taking my grandmother to the airport She has gone through security without any issues However when I got back to the car I realised she lost her phone in my car Went back to the airport to check for solutions Obviously the announcement wouldn t work because my grandma doesn t speak English but they have offered to go and have a look for her Thank you for the gentleman who was 100 sure he will find her I got a phone call from grandmother that she got the phone back Thank you very much to the staff for being so nice and helpful

We award this five star to a miss jenny george number 605 who is the customer service airport assistant This lady was brilliant she helped us very much very friendly and caring Full five stars goes to her only The ryanair staff at the check-in point was very rude and totally un-professional No help whatsoever Thanks again to jenny from myself wife and baby

Airport assistance

We had arranged assistance with Jet2 and met by a lovely lady who helped me book in for our flight we had already booked in our luggage night before we were taken through passport control no problems and had time for a coffee before departure Unfortunately on return again with assistance the 2 girls that were sent to take us through were very rude not Jet2 but airport staff and we know they were mocking us in their native tongue they told me I could walk rest of way and believe me it was quite far to door I told them I wanted to be taken to my drop off point but only took me as far as front door which they did very reluctantly I did then have to walk to our pickup point in the past assistance have taken me to our pickup point but these 2 girls were having none of this not very good for someone who has considerable trouble walking distance so if you need assistance in or out of airport make sure they take you to where you need to be
