Faulty Trailers

Regrettably writing this after recently purchasing a catering trailer from Bistro Trailers in Cosgrove and needed a EICR Certificate to trade After having an electrician come and inspect the trailer there was many faults found due to the fact that they are manufactured in China The cables fitted are not up to the UK standards Electrical wires are not insulated and can cause electrical shock If buying a trailer I would recommend having an electrician look at this before buying and not one supplied for you I can t stress this enough It will affect everything from public liability etc I have left a review on Google before and the owner has removed the business and the review

Please be wary

I was told that they were able to give such good prices because they were manufacturers of trailers This is false They are imported from China and don t meet any UK requirements I was able to spot many faults with the trailers The welding underneath looked like what I would describe as bubblegum surface cracking and insufficient reinforcement When buying a trailer look underneath for these defects Please be wary when buying

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT Avoid this company at all costs They sell trailers that are completely different from what they show in the showroom website They say it s all working only for you to find out later that it s a disaster The trailer I received was missing parts completely different from what I saw and worst of all the electrical wires were all burned When I called them for support they told me to bring it back but I live 8 hours away What a joke They clearly don t care about their customers And guess what There are no Google reviews because they removed them due to too much negative feedback Unfortunately I found out too late Don t make the same mistake Don t waste your money here

Poor excuse review it s genuine

Just because I m using my partner account doesn t mean this review is fake Fake is your advertising and customer service The trailer is absolute garbage cheap Chinese poorly made and nowhere near what was promised And your customer service A complete joke Ignoring complaints making excuses and acting like it s the customer s fault Everyone save your money and buy from literally anyone else even a random guy on the street would sell you something better Your money your choice

I am really happy with the purchase of our trailer for our small catering business We reviewed and researched other trailers out there and was more confident to go for a brand new trailer after looking at second hand models Great showroom with great staff too I read the review to say that the electrics might not be UK compliant but we bought it got an electrician to check it over and it passed with flying colours Very happy we didn t believe everything we had read on other reviews

Bought the PS model a couple months ago and the team could not have been more helpful and supportive in our new business adventures But what really stand out and you will have our gratitude forever is that after a silly mistake on our side we took the trailer back and they fixed it in no time and free of charge Genuine customer service right there Thank you again Ioana Ali
