Terrible customer service
There was nothing wrong with the product and they obviously have poured time attention and money into their image and packaging however after trying out the product and not really finding it useful as often as imagined trying to adjust the subscription lead to a broken loop in their webpage and customer service doesn t respond for days then the cumulation of their response is As per our website you will be billed and then the item will be shipped in around two days after We cannot always catch orders within that time and it is against our policy to issue refunds An annoying hassle for something that is supposed to be streamlined and has still left problems to be resolved

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible Tried hitting the help button and there s no content Deceptive business practice of making product appear as a one time purchase and bam your locked in a subscription with no way out Tried to get through to Customer service and nothing If I can help one person from falling into this trap by getting the word out there maybe I ll get some satisfaction meanwhile I m still paying Bank won t cancel payments to a subscription you have to go through customer service which is were the problem lies Product keeps coming and I keep having money taken out of my account Vicious cycle Hope this helps John

Company Profit First Return Policy

Careful with this product
Careful with this product All of my chronic teeth sensitivity issues went away 24 hours after using it I switched to Revitin weeks ago and no sensitivity since Not a coincidence

Great product and great packaging
Great product in a smart 100 plastic free packaging Shipping is slow which is something I would expect for such product where to goal is to have a low carbon footprint The bits are great and actually the perfect solution for backpacking as wells since you can carry just the number of needed bits without a tube Something I didn t think about when ordering but now appreciate

Great products easy to manage subscriptions
I ve been subscribed to Bite Toothpaste Bits and mouthwash for several years now They ve worked really well for me and helped me improve my oral health I now cringe at the idea of using paste I also like their bamboo toothbrush although electric works best for me The subscription system could be more intuitive but has been easy enough to edit and I am grateful for that as I don t always stick to the same schedule but don t want a hassle over toothpaste The only oddity I ve had although I guess it s a good thing is that they send too many toothpaste bits to fit in the jar I have and the extra bits have to be stored a bit carefully to not go to waste
