Great options on games Speedy deposits but withdrawal speed could do some improvement Customer service is ok When games get deleted or malfunction you guys should compensate your customers the money they deposit or request withdrawals on by either refunding the amount or adding it to another platform It s not the customers fault and I understand sometimes it s out of your control as well but you guys run a business that focuses on customer satisfaction and you should do what s right to satisfy or at least attempt to do what s right for your customers
