New to Bitsgap

I have just started to use Bitsgap and needed some help in working out a couple of things I used the chat and it told me it could take up to 2 hours to get a reply I m in a different time zone when I did and spoke to Ann she answered all my questions and explained how to fix my problem clearly and efficiently and I threw in a couple more questions I am looking forward to using Bitsgap and recommend them knowing that the help desk is excellent

Reliable trading bots with a lot of benefits

I really like this automatic trading bot You pay what you get When I wanted to start I had my doubts on the reliability of this application but their demo version gives you a nice insight in everything I recommend to try first with the demo version in order to get a better insight so you don t lose money by your own mistakes which I have made myself The support chat is very helpful and they always come up with a solution

Great platform and Great Support

Great platform and user interface For crypto bots it is perfect and has all the set points and functions you need The trading interface is also very good and I find myself trading in bitsgap more than on my exchanges for simple long positions It is really easy to set stop loss and take profit on the positions For me the customer service has been super fast and right on I am very happy with the service well worth the price

Scary problem fixed with ease

I had a bit of a shock when I opened my Bitsgap platform on my laptop to find that the whole layout had changed I wondered why I hadn t been notified and saught answers from both the Bitsgap team and the people who got me to use the platform as part of their bot strategy scheme The Plan After a bit of going backwards and forwards answering questions with the help team on Bitsgap it became apparent that the error was minor it was at my end and it was easily fixed Operator error at my end LOL The only delay in fixing the problem was the time difference between the team s location and where I live So I went from hyper anxious that my investments were at risk to feeling relief that the issue was easily fixed and my world was back to normal Phew Thanks Alexandra

Honest and helpful customer service

I asked a question to their customer service that I thought would take a long time of back and forth sessions to answer if it would even get answered since it was such an odd and technical question but the representative was very honest and upfront about the situation and helped me find an alternative to the feature I was looking for in their platform This alternative still met the overall goal so I was happy about that

I love the service and one of the things that REALLY stands out for me is the customer service I have been using bitsgap for over 2 years and have maxed out my account Once you set it up it becomes super easy to work and so far I have NEVER had a single issue with reporting affiliate payouts customer service or accuracy of reporting I give 5 stars

Lucky to have been introduced to Bitsgap the interface is easy to use and efficient but takes time to get used to like anything at first Their customer service goes above and beyond to help you which I have not come across with any other company They take a very personal approach and check in with you to make sure you have had your problems solved Excellent communication very responsive would highly recommend them

very happy with the platform itself and the support team had helped me couple of times and acted amazingly quickly In one case it was quite late like Friday night and I was astonished to see that they responded to my issue and actually solved the problem in half an hour

Change of plans

I had signed up for bitsgap and accidentally signed up for the 6 month service plan instead of the monthly service plan Be aware that it seems to default to this setting Once I realized what I had done I messaged bitsgap to see if they would allow me to cancel the 6 month plan and sign back up with a month to month plan They were more then happy to accommodate this request and very quick in doing so That type of customer service instills a great deal of confidence in me

Bitsgap is the best

Bitsgap is a very excellent website platform for us to do crypto bot trading I have been using bitsgap for more than one year and i highly highly recommend it truly It is the top notch service provider with great customer service It is constantly improving its service with new updates too
