If only there was a one star category I found a Navajo beaded jewellery pattern which cost 1p for signing up - I wanted to cancel the subscription within the timeframe but its impossible to do so and now I have an over inflated subscription to a service which is impossible to cancel and I am being charged 49 per month for the privilege I had to speak to my bank to block them I did not even receive an email confirming my subscription A shambolic customer experience1 Contact by phone Calls are unanswered and I was on hold for over an hour and a half 2 Email No response sent email on Monday and its now Thursday and no response 3 Website The link doesn t work to cancel subscription How do these companies get away with it I feel exploited Its a disgrace that the general public are treated this way

Wish I could give Zero this company are scammers Tried to take 49 from me an unauthorised payment as I hadn t signed up for it or used anything to warrant the payment they don t reply to emails and continue to try and take money Lucky for me they tried to take from an account I didn t have funds in Awful type of company they should be shut down

My elderly father has had 49 attempted to be taken from his account Had emails to say this is a renewal He has not signed up for anything This company are quite clearly fraudulent scammers

This is a scam site They have taken money from my Monzo account without authority Monzo refunded me one 49 pound payment but they took 2 before I noticed it Reported it to Monzo Hopefully they will arrange to close down Can not work out how they got bank information
