N I G H T M A R E The products are of good quality but I had a negative experience with their non-existent customer service I have not received my order and despite sending numerous emails over the past FIVE months I have not received a refund Absolutely nothing The lack of response or communication from their team is disheartening I must express that this has been the most negative encounter I have ever had with a company It is simply unacceptable As a consumer one expects prompt and efficient customer service I strongly advise you not to purchase anything from this company If I could I wouldn t give them one star

I purchased sufficient products to qualify for free shipping On the contrary I was charged for DHL delivery which could not be avoided Upon making my purchase I immediately mailed the company and demanded a refund of the delivery cost Still waiting for refund and reply
