I bought a coal scuttle just over a year ago and we absolutely loved it but there was a problem with the handle Unfortunately the product was out of guarantee but having spoken to Clare at Customer Services she not only replaced the faulty product but also refunded the complete cost What outstanding service They obviously really pride themselves on the excellent quality of their products I am absolutely delighted and will now explore more of their products and will definitely and wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family
