BAD SITE
I used to buy from the site regularly since they changed the products they never arrive on time and if they arrive damaged they also tell you that the damage is RIDICULOUS and that in addition to the time customers and money lost they refund you 5 are you kidding me all damaged products that if they packed better it wouldn t happen strongly not recommended

No Support No Products - You just get ignored
They claim to be We are the fastest distributor in the gaming accessories industry with the best availability - Europe-wide 1 Shipping always takes forever never on point for a release 2 They removed our spoke person which I think does not matter but the quality is going down since their rebranding effort3 Never enough stock We can purchase 20 cases and only get 1 Case even if they claim to have enough this and that The fun fact is people with less spending and who have not been on the platform for years are getting more items distributed than we do with local stores 4 Since the new shop system is live backorders do not exist We get 9 months after the initial release another 10k chunk of stock which should be in backorder to delete or to discuss further 5 We wanted to get our items into our new warehouse we sent a mail towards them 2 weeks ago but no response We called them 50-60 times but nobody answers They should be claiming Worst Wholeseller in History

Just terrible I ve paid for a large number of products They ve taken the money but not sent the items When I ve emailed them they haven t even acknowledged me and now I m stuck with no money no product and unhappy customers

Their customersupport is not working
They dont seem to have a real support It takes several weeks sometimes more before they answer Half of the order is out when they answer and they ask questions that you then have to go to their online form to answer Cut and past the previous mailconversation And they have 3 working days to answer a question At Heo they have answered 3 mails sent they payment link and sent the shipment in three days For Blackfire this takes 3 weeks in the best case The probbably have a few big customers they serve but dont care about the other smaller customers Its not possible to have a normal bussinessrelation with them since they do not want to communicate with their customers

Pretty ridiculous experience overall the owner seems to think that he can bend the law in his favour I ve never encountered such a anti-customer attitude with threatening behavior which is based on thin air highly recommend to not have business with this company to spare yourself some pain At least it was good for some low key entertainment that these type of people really exist

Someone should compete them
It is really the worst experience i have even seen It we are talking b2b orders of thousands dollars and those guys won t even reply No use to comment their website it is really bad outdated and you cannot even see the stock
