I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop from Blackmore IT back in August I was between two models and used the chat option to get advice all questions were answered in detail The price was very reasonable and I paid for a RAM upgrade Quick delivery fired up straight away and was able to upgrade straight to Windows 11 The charging cable wasn t working thought despite being ticked as checked However after a super quick call a replacement has been dispatched straight away for next day delivery no quibbles The laptop works great so far and I would definitely return in the future such good value for money if one does not require the newest technology
