Don t bother If you want customer service there are plenty of great companies to choose This is not one of them In fact I was subjected to rude aggressive and insulting behaviour when I complained Try Optics Warehouse - brilliant customer service Or Cheshire Gun Room Or Grovers And the others will price match

Avoid

I ordered a 850 00 scope from them all fine left a nice feedback on their website but then I wanted some spare batteries for it and they sell a different product My scope needs 3200mAh and they sell 3350mAh slightly longer I noticed that didn t want to damage the 850 00 scope requested a cancellation and they charged me shipping I never got charged for refused delivery ever from any uk based company All this bad reviews can t be all wrong

Lousy customer service

Ok so I haven t bought from this company but its not for the want of trying sent them a simple email asking for a price on three product ZHD520R night vision picatinny rail and 2x batteries Three emails and a call request later still not received what I asked for It shouldn t need to be this difficult unless of course they are super busy and they don t need business I could only imagine how difficult it would be if I did have a product issue Kind of disapointed

Beware

Was told batteries I wanted were in stock Money was taken from my account the next day no batteries have been delivered Have tried to contact the company without success Have asked for money back and been ignored

Do not expect any form of after sales service or backup despite years of custom They do not have the courtesy to answer your email s or return phone calls In fact we had assistance from the west country Optics Warehouse despite them knowing we had not purchased from them - guess where all of our business will go to in future For security not my real name given

WARNING This chap only wants to take your money and can t be doing with anything else including expensive faulty scopes so whatch out It s clear to me now that all of his positive reviews simply refer to quick despatches As for his own website reviews he cunningly removes any that have the faintest hint of criticism - mine included so BUYERS BEWARE he s full of it

Wouldn t give refund for item I returned

Returned a Saber tactical rail to him Wouldn t give me a refund 250 wouldn t answer my phone calls or respond to my voicemails Ended up opening a dispute with PayPal to get my money back Avoid this thief at all costs
