The product was not even in production when I ordered it No delivery time could be quoted It was not possible to cancel the order The company could not tell me when production would start hence no delivery date could be given

Ordered in plenty of time Website notes available Email after contacting says not in production yet Check back Tried to contact again and no reply Communication and contact not good Website provides inaccurate information Beginning to think this is a scam Sad Will be taking necessary steps for a refund if product not received If I get it on time I ll change this review accordingly Thank you
