Needed to get a property surveyed for a relative and as it was 24 years since I had moved tried a referral website Gavin from Baker Collins actually called me and gave me advice as I was over complicating what was required and incurring unnecessary expense No one else did that I can confirm his work was quick efficient and Value for money The report was very professional and advice within it was appropriate I can fully recommend this company and Gavin in particular

Excellent service I was impressed by Blaker Collins The instruction was for a level 3 survey on a Grade II Listed Barn Gavin Collins was responsive provided immediate and lengthy initial feedback via videocall and thereafter produced a comprehensive report Gavin struck the right balance between pointing out issues and potential issues whilst making clear that he was not seeking to put us off the purchase

Excellent service and very knowledgeable surveyor We considered several firms but very glad we chose Blaker Collins Gavin was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable He called us on the day of the survey to provide an overview of the property which we really appreciated and the report itself was very well set out and fulsome with lots of detailed photos and received within the promised timeframe We learnt a lot and Gavin was very responsive and helpful with regard any queries we had after the report We ve moved several times over the years but can honestly say this has probably been the best experience we ve had with a surveyor and we would have no hesitation in recommending Blaker Collins to others Many thanks
