Unresponsive Customer Service and Lack of Official Invoice
I recently purchased several products from BlenderBottle and promptly requested an official invoice with my name from their online store This documentation is crucial for me as it is often required during travel or when sending items to my home country Turkey Despite multiple emails and communications the company has refused to provide the official invoice I do not understand their reluctance providing an invoice should be a standard procedure upon customer request The lack of cooperation has been frustrating All companies worldwide provide invoices it is a fundamental consumer right How can I ensure my rights after a purchase if I can t even obtain proof of what I have bought It s unreasonable for the customer service especially Mr Justice to expect that a screenshot of the order from their website should suffice This issue has persisted since April 16 2024 and remains unresolved It s essential for companies to recognize that providing an invoice is not an optional service but a basic obligation to their customers

they sell defective items and won t take them back
most terrible customer service i ve ever experienced we had two bottles from them the bottles themselves are ok but the lids don t last i bought two replacement lids form their website - they were defective out of the box one was somewhat working the other one was leaking terribly we kind of went on like this for a couple of months then decided to just buy two more replacement lids - and guess what they were both defective again the rubber rings are either too small or too large can t get them on properly and the bottles leak as a result now 4 defective lids plus twice shipping cost was just too much and i contacted their CS they made me jump through all hoops describe the problem take a picture make a video and then stated that this is not covered by the warranty and then proceeded to ghost me i can t believe they get away with this

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I never used the containers in question put of my house In fact they never were used I put powder in it but I never used it I had discovered that I was allergic to whey So the only thing I used few times was the bottle itself not the little storage containers These containers was what was CRACKING by themselves without anything to do with me They sat on a SHELF Yet the CSR that wrote back said normal wear and tear is not covered under their AMAZING warranty What warranty joke What wear and tear I never used it at all If you re telling me I pit powder into a container and then close the lid and let it sit about 6 months untouched and then come to find out the little edges that keeps the stack all locked together CRACKED on its own Is wear and tear Then we have bigger issues Your containers were MADE to be screwed together yes More than once or twice Yes So if that s the case it should not break like that yes Cuz mine wasn t even twice It was never I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BRAND OF ITEMS THERE ARE OTHERS COMPLAINING EXACT SAME THING and they get the same canned reply In fact it was identical to the email I got Anyways Here s what happened I had one bottle just this year The other bottle is from about 2-3 years ago All bottle containers showing the same fracture in the plastic and IT IS NOT FROM USING THEM I had a scoop of powder in two of them And never even used it But the other two was empty And 3 of 4 break on their own It was never used I went to go use them tonight And empty the powder from wherever out and I saw that it looked weird the cap And then I saw the others all had it Except for one of the purple ones And when you touch it and lift you can see the plastic is slightly still attached It s not from twisting on and off The angle of all the breaks are the same 45 degrees And it s middle of the grooves So it s not from misaligning it Can t even figure out why it would break like that But for the price I paid for these I expected more And the bottles themselves are not cracking So it makes you wonder if the caps are made with lesser quality plastic I find them to be great size and easy to clean even dishwasher the bottles clean and air dry very well And they definitely do not leak Which is amazing And the colors they come in lets you enjoy a color that speaks to you Or Matches your outfit or mood

No customer support for replacement seals
I explained clearly to Alicia at Blenderbottle com USA that I was in the UK and needed help finding replacement lid seals for my two 34oz 1 litre Blender bottles I was informed you would not be able to assist me as I no longer had my receipts from over 10 years ago Instead I was given links to websites in Taiwan and Australia where my only choice was to buy new Bottles I can not find anywhere to buy new seals in the UK or Europe I am extremely disappointed in the lack of support given by your company I will leave reviews on your social media pages and any consumer review sites like Trustpilot

The lid on both bottles I bought Jamb
The lid on both bottles I bought constantly are stuck I contacted the company and can t believe they want a video of me trying to open it I offered to send them back for testing but No They play the warranty run around until you give up Junk cups with plastic materials incompatibility issues they aren t interested in fixing the issue just stalling until you give up Caveat Emptor Beware

Their lifetime warranty is the real deal
BlenderBottle s limited lifetime warranty is the real deal After two years of using the same bottle daily the spout developed a small crack I contacted BlenderBottle and they sent me a new lid
