An absolute scam Sent me the wrong pair twice Won t respond to customer support inquiries

HAVING FINALLY RECEIVED MY SUNGLASSES AFTER 2 MONTHS THEY HAVE SENT THE WRONG GLASSES I VE SENT OVER TEN EMAILS REQUESTING THEY BE RETURNED AND ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND NO ANSWER AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT BUY FROM THESES SCAM ARTISTS

Absolutely zero customer service

Absolutely zero customer service Will not respond to email and phone calls will just hang up I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from a sale and one of the pairs they sent me was incorrect I cannot simply exchange them for the correct pair because it wants me to pay the full price now I will not be paying full price I wouldn t have bought them then Cannot receive a response on how to receive the correct pair and will be filing with my credit card soon

HORRIBLE COMPANY - great glasses

Every time I ve ordered from this company I ve been shipped the incorrect product and they will not respond to any emails for 3-4 weeks The phone line makes you listen to an incredibly long pre recorded message and then hangs up on you The glasses themselves are great once you finally get them but I refuse to continue to support a company that treats it s customers so poorly One time they took so long to respond to me that the glasses I tried to order were no longer in stock and couldn t be sent I have an idea for them -- if they re experiencing such a high volume of requests that they can t get back to you for 3-4 weeks after making a mistake they should probably look into how they can stop shipping so much incorrect product which would have a direct effect on the amount of complaints you are receiving

Mega Rip Off switch currency Scam

I saw a Dapper glasses case advertised online in the uk for 8 I pressed to buy and didn t notice the the changed to with a ridiculous postage charge of 53 95 total 61 95 And even though they state how they aim to provide excellent customer service they said it was too late to cancel my order even though I emailed to cancel immediately

Poor quality

Have bought more than one pair of glasses from company love look but horrible quality First pair I thought was my fault Mirrored lenses scratched almost immediately making impossible to see out of Second pair were actually floaters made to float in water even marketed as safe for salt water I babied them on an ocean vacation started getting small scratches While playing in yard with kids today splashed with tap water and finish immediately started coming off I have emailed customer service but will never purchase again Also the floating pair also looks like the plastic around ear pieces is either peeling or melting

Customer Service Does Not Exist

Placed an order got charged immediately Never received a confirmation email Tried reaching out by chat no solution Tried calling - which leads you to a recorded messaged that basically says they are too busy to come to the phone Then tried emailing Received a response right away asking for the order number which I included in my initial email then never heard back again As if they were annoyed with my question I reached out again via email and never heard back again They have a neverending presence on social media They for sure have the money to pay a customer service team - but that clearly is not a priority to them How are people supposed to know when they pay for something that they will actually receive a product if they never get a confirmation

ZERO Customer Service

Their Customer Service is actually atrocious This is the fourth time I have contacted them and it s a shame because after my first pair of sunglasses being delivered quickly I trusted them to do the same the second time around only to not receive them or tracking after 3 weeks 4 emails and had to actually leave a voicemail to their marketing team since their customer support was too busy I have never experienced anything like this in my life and now I just simply want my money back This is absolutely absurd

Poor Quality and Customer Service

Loved the look of my blenders ghoster sunglasses and the frame is fine but the mirrored lenses are junk Finish easily was scratched worn and now they are unusable I take some responsibility for this so inquired with customer service multiple times about replacement lenses with no response Don t waste your money on a company like this Plenty of others out there that are better

BUYERS BEWARE No one will respond back no one answers their phone

BUYERS BEWARE I ve ordered sunglasses from Blenders in the past with no problem However I just placed a new order and ordered a bunch of different pairs That way I can physically see how they look on I was planning on returning the ones I didn t want But I was never given a confirmation email so I do not have the order number to submit the return I ve tried several times calling emailing using their chat bot on the website and nothing No one will respond back no one answers their phone The phone line will keep ringing and then hang up every time I ve been trying to contact them for weeks All I am hoping for is someone to help recover my order number so I can continue the return process They seem to not care about responding to customers after they already purchased their products Such a shame because I ve recommended Blenders to family and friends
