Disgusting Do not buy from this company
Disgusting Told that my blendjet2 had to be recalled and that I WOULD receive a replacement within 6 weeks This was a lie Well over THREE MONTHS later I am told there is no date that can be promised AFTER already telling me that it would be within 6 weeks which I have on email Then I m told they will not refund Who the hell do you think you are Treating people like this Do not buy from this company They have absolutely NO respect and keep repeating the same bloody email message I am reporting you to the financial ombudsman This is not a reasonable time If you cannot fulfil my replacement you should be refunding me Utterly disgusted and appalled

I submitted a recall replacement
I submitted a recall replacement request on 15 1 24 I was advised that I would receive my replacement within 6 weeks which I still have still not received I reached out via email enquiring about when I would receive my replacement This was their response Hi there Thank you for reaching out and we apologize for the delay We experienced some unforeseen issues in our supply chain however replacement base kits have started shipping out in early March We are working to try to get the replacement base kit out to you but we are unable to provide you with a timeframe on when it will be delivered The recall has impacted us hard and as a small company we are doing our best to get through it and focus on getting these base kits out We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding Warmly KasiAs there was no indication of when I will receive my replacement I requested a refund and I have not received any reply Very poor customer service If Blendjet can provide products to new paying customers they should honour their commitment and promise to replacing customers who received a dangerous and faulty product that has been recalled by the government

Blendjet Recall
I submitted my recalled blender in December of 2023 and have not received it It is going on 8 months now The answer to my emails are they are sorry and are working on it which is probably a generated reply This is unacceptable yet advertise and sell more product and not take care of customers that have already bought from them I would expect them to send me an entirely new one if they can t make good on my original one After reading more into it this is a global situation with many people waiting for the replacement There are many companies making the same product if not better I suggest that they take care of loyal and patient customers I would stay away from purchasing their products until they satisfy the many still waiting for the replacement part Even then I am not sure I would go back to them since they disregard the public

Appalling company and customer service
Appalling company and customer services very annoying for a product that isn t cheap either I sent mine back in Feb 2024 still have not recieved my replacement I reported it to the cpsc and had an email from blendjet asking me to pick a whole new one I did then they kept pretending they werent receiving my emails and closed my enquiry down Someone from trading standards really need to step in and help all of us who are out of pocket and being fobbed of

No honor of recall by Blend jet almost a year later
Received a recall notice on my blend jet Followed all their instructions to the letter for them to replace the bottom portion of my Blend jet Cutting up taking photos etc emailed it to them It is now October and still no replacement Have contacted them numerous times with the reply they are backed up sorry They seem to have time to roll out new items all the time How about honoring the recall THEY issued Totally disappointed Why would they even care at this point
