Amazing service from Mark in sales I called the number on their website at 9 32 with very ambiguous request as I didn t even know the name of the part I needed followed by one email to them with a picture of the back of my blinds by 10 04 I d been sent a link to the exact part I needed had paid for them requested a quick dispatch by email and had an email saying the parts had been dispatched
